RollsBar.com is operated by Rolls Bar, a vegetarian cloud kitchen based in Greater Noida West. We specialize in premium yet affordable wraps, rolls, and combos made in a 100% hygienic, pure veg, and plant-based environment.

3. Ordering & Payments

  • Orders can be placed through www.rollsbar.com, WhatsApp, or third-party platforms (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy).

  • Payment methods include credit/debit cards, UPI, and mobile wallets through secure gateways.

  • Once an order is placed, it is non-cancellable once preparation begins.

  • For bulk and party orders, advance payment may be required.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within our defined delivery radius. Please enter your pin code to check availability.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to traffic or weather.

  • Contactless and hygienic delivery is prioritized for every order.

  • In case of any delay or issue, please contact our support team immediately.

5. Refunds & Replacements

We stand by our promise of value for money, freshness, and hygiene. You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The food is spoiled, damaged, or missing.

  • You contact us within 1 hour of delivery with valid photo/video proof.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Note: Taste preferences and spice tolerance do not qualify for refunds.

6. Ingredients, Allergens & Dietary Disclaimer

  • All our items are 100% vegetarian and plant-based, using high-quality ingredients.

  • We do not use artificial colors or preservatives.

  • If you have food allergies (nuts, dairy, soy, etc.), please notify us before placing an order.

  • Nutritional and allergen information is available upon request.

  • All content, designs, logos, recipes, and visuals on Rollsbar.com are the intellectual property of Rolls Bar.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

8. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree:

  • Not to submit false reviews or impersonate another customer.

  • Not to attempt any cyberattacks, data scraping, or misuse of our systems.

Violations will result in account termination and potential legal action.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our platform for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or misuse of the service.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
